This sophisticated hotel is one of the premiere hotels in Cagayan de Oro. It is also located along Tiano-Hayes Sts, within walking distance to Plaza Divisoria. Discovery Hotel
The hotel may not be located within the urban centers like Divisoria, but it is within walking distance to Limketkai Mall and Robinsons. It is located at Osmeña-Florentino Sts in LimKetKai Drive. This makes it a very convenient location for travelers who may need to purchase basic necessities. Clients can easily enjoy the entertainment, department and grocery stores in both malls. Another perk is its close proximity to Rosario Drive. Here, people can enjoy quiet evenings in an urban environment. There are diners, restaurants, pizza houses, KTV bars, coffee chops and other similar establishments. The hotel is a good location for those who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of busy streets.

Cagayan Riverview Hotel is located near Liceo de Cagayan University, along Vamenta Boulevard in Barangay Carmen. It is very easy to get around the city and back to the hotel since Vamenta Boulevard is a busy street. Still, the quiet and security within the hotel is assured 24/7.

Although it is situated along the river, as the name suggests, the view is blocked by houses built along the river.
