Pueblo de Oro Development: Hillsborough Pointe
Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation is one of the leading real estate developers in the region. The company is a part of the ICCP Group, a collection of companies that are mainly involved in several types of business fields, including property development and services, direct investments and investment banking. This group of companies is a product of a joint venture between the Beacon Property Ventures Inc, or the BPVI, and the Regatta Properties Inc or RPI.
The Beacon Property Ventures Inc specializes in equity investments mostly in selected property development projects. The BPVI’s major shareholders include the Bank of the Philippine Islands, Circuits Inc and Bacnotan Consolidated among many others. The Regatta Properties Inc, on the other hand, is a subsidiary of the SPPI or the Science Pak of the Philippines Inc. SPPI is a well known developer of several industrial estates, including the Light Industry and Science Park of the Philippines and the LISP II, LISP III, the Cebu Light Industrial Park, as well as the Cebu and Hermosa Ecozone.
As for the Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, it is best known for providing the city of Cagayan de Oro a nice and comfortable community for its locals through the 360-hectare Pueblo de Oro Township project.
